-In this invoices table there are multiple columns lets discuss one by one
1.File : In this column, clicking the download button allows you to view or download the specific invoice and review its data
2.Number: A TAX Invoice Number is a unique identifier assigned to each tax invoice issued by a seller. It helps in tracking and referencing invoices for accounting, auditing, and taxation purpose
3.Project: In the Project column section, all projects are listed. You can search for a specific project using the filter. Additionally, clicking on a project will directly open its dashboard
4.utility provider: This column displays utility providers based on the uploaded invoices. A filter is available via a dropdown menu, allowing you to select a specific utility provider. Once selected, all invoices related to that provider will be displayed.
5.Month: In this column, you can select a start month and end month to view data for uploaded invoices within that specific time period. On the right side of the calendar, there are four quick-select tabs such as ‘This Week’, ‘Last Week’, etc., which you can also use to filter the data
6.Account number: This column displays all account numbers based on the uploaded invoices. You can search for a specific account number, and the data will update accordingly
7.Payment Due date: When you select the month filter, the end date is automatically populated. If needed, you can manually reselect both the start date and end date
8.Sewage :When invoices are uploaded through the system, corresponding sewage consumption data is extracted and stored in this table for tracking and billing purposes
9.Housing:Housing values represent the casing or enclosure used to protect solar components, such as panels, inverters, or batteries, ensuring durability and safe operation in various environmental conditions
10.Demand charges: is a cost based on your peak electricity usage during a billing cycle, typically measured in kilowatts (kW), and is meant to reflect the strain placed on the power grid.
11.Consumption charges: Consumption charges are calculated based on the total electricity used during the billing period for a specific fuel type, typically by multiplying the kWh consumed by the per-unit rate
12.Meter charges :Meter charges refer to the fees or costs assigned to an individual meter, typically based on energy consumption, demand, or fixed service rates for that specific meter
13.VAT (Value-Added Tax): is a type of indirect tax that is applied at each stage of the supply chain where value is added from production to the point of sale. All these VAT values are derived from the uploaded invoices
14.Discounts: Discounts refer to price reductions or concessions applied to a customer’s total charges. These are typically used to incentivize usage, reward customer loyalty, or adjust for negotiated agreements.
15.Current Month Balance:Current month balance shows the total amount billed so far for the ongoing month, based on consumption and applicable charges
16.Previous Month Balance: Previous Month Balance refers to the remaining or outstanding amount carried over from the previous billing cycle. It includes unpaid charges, credits, or adjustments from the prior month
17.Current Month Payment : The Current Month Payment section displays the total amount billed for the ongoing billing cycle, based on meter usage, applicable charges, and any adjustments made during the current month
