-To access the solar plant dashboard, click on SOLAR PLANT DASHBOARD under the DASHBOARD section in the sidebar
-The solar plant dashboard displays all uploaded production data for a specific plant. It includes accumulated credits, facility consumption, total solar production by zone, solar production by individual plants, and a data grid showing all uploaded readings.
-A filter option is available on the right side of the screen. By clicking on it, you can select a specific zone and view all available solar plants within that zone. You can also choose an individual solar plant for more targeted analysis
-All charts on the dashboard update automatically based on the selected filters such as zone, solar plant, or a specific POC account
-Apart from the filter, there is a button labeled ‘Display Dashboard’ on this page. It shows the same data as the Solar Dashboard page but without any sidebars. This page is designed for fullscreen view, allowing users to see all data clearly. The link can also be copied and accessed directly
– At the top of the page, you’ll find summary cards.
-The first card displays the Total Solar Production, which represents the cumulative solar production across all uploaded accounts.
-The data is shown for the selected Year-to-Date (YTD) range
-The second card shows the Total Energy Consumption, which represents the total sum of consumed energy across all accounts for the selected Year-to-Date (YTD) period
1.1 Total Solar Production Chart
-This chart displays the total solar production for the selected month. You can choose a specific year from the dropdown, and the data will update accordingly based on your selection
.
–
–This value is based on the solar production data you upload for a specific account, which is displayed here
-You can select multiple year at same time in chart
-On the right side of the chart, a three-line icon is available. Clicking on it allows you to download the chart data in CSV or XLS format
–1.2 Solar Production By Zone
–This chart displays the solar production values for a specific zone. The data is derived from the solar production readings uploaded for account numbers associated with that zone
–You can view zone data by selecting a specific year
-On the right side of the chart, a three-line icon is available. Clicking on it allows you to download the chart data in CSV or XLS format
-The ‘i’ icon provides information about the chart
1.3 Solar production by Plant
–This chart displays the solar production values for a specific solar plant. The data is derived from the solar production readings uploaded for account numbers associated with solar plant
-You can view zone data by selecting a specific year.
-On the right side of the chart, a three-line icon is available. Clicking on it allows you to download the chart data in CSV or XLS format
1.4 Solar Consumption By Facilities
–Solar consumption is displayed for specific facilities. Let’s take a look at how it is Calculated
Solar Consumption = Solar Production + (OpeningBalance- ExportUnitBalance)
-In this chart, the solar production value is taken from the Solar Production grid located at the bottom of the page, while the opening balance and export unit balance are retrieved from the Consumption table
–On the right side of the chart, a three-line icon is available. Clicking on it allows you to download the chart data in CSV or XLS format
1.5 Solar Production vs Facility Consumption
– This chart displays solar production and facility consumption values for a specific month, showing both solar consumption and production
-You can set the start and end dates, and the chart will update accordingly based on the selected range
– Let’s take a look at how the values are calculated. The formula for solar consumption is provided above. For utility consumption and facility consumption, please refer to the formulas below
– In this below’s formula invoice export reading and invoice import reading take from consumption table
- Facility Consumption:
Sum of Load Hosting Accounts + Sum of Load Receiving Accounts
- Load Hosting = Solar Production – Invoice Export Readings + Invoice Import readings
- Load Receiving = Invoice Import Readings
Utility Consumption = Facility Consumption – Solar Consumption
– On the right side of the chart, a three-line icon is available. Clicking on it allows you to download the chart data in CSV or XLS format
– The ‘i’ icon provides information about the chart
1.6 Accumulated Credits chart
- The actual formula for calculating accumulated credits is
Accumulated Credits = (sum of Export Unit Balance for hosting accounts)
- To calculate accumulated credits, retrieve the Export Unit Balance for the hosting account numbers from the Consumption table
- This chart shows value for particular month and you can download this chart into XLS and CSV format
1.7 Estimated Solar Savings (AED)
– To calculate the estimated solar savings the formula is
Estimated Savings =(Solar Consumption * DEWA Tariff) – (Solar Production * Solar Tariff)
– If Solar Tariff is 0, this would be Solar Consumption * DEWA Tariff
-This chart shows monthly values for particular month and and you can select multiple year at same time
– On the right side of the chart, a three-line icon is available. Clicking on it allows you to download the chart data in CSV or XLS format
-At the bottom of the page, there is a grid that contains all uploaded production readings, including details of solar plants, POC, and utilization by zone. You can search and filter any of the elements available in this grid
-On the right side of the grid, an aggregation feature is available. If you want to view the sum of production readings, you can group the data by a specific column
